Being an optimist and a creative leader, he believes that having a good product and realistic goals will help hold all pieces together in the business. His curiosity helps him explore new technologies on board and thrive for continuous innovation.


Sudha Madhuri

Director - Operation

Sudha Madhuri is Founder & Director of Madhees and is responsible to push the growth forward. She believes that it is very important to constantly monitor the business progress, learn from the past and have an effective feedback mechanism. A highly-strategic thinker with strong business acumen, Sudha serves as a valued partner with excellent people skills, lending her knowledge and insight in support of a wide range of objectives.

Lakshmi Aparna Pendyala

Director - Consulting

Aparna Pendyala, an ISB'ian and an AVP from Deloitte. As a Director of Consulting, she handles most of the Core HR Consulting & Talent Strategy. She is an active member of Campus initiatives and Student trainability activities. Aparna focuses on client relationship and retainment in terms of engagement & delivery.
